You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP or PNP)
✓Active Vermont APRN license or eligibility for Vermont licensure
✓Eligibility for New York licensure
✓Eligibility for DEA licensure
✓Providers must be eligible to obtain both Vermont and New York licensure to support virtual care for patients located in New York.
Education
✓Completion of an accredited Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program
Qualifications
✓New graduate Nurse Practitioners with relevant pediatric and/or oncology experience will be considered
✓Strong interest in caring for pediatric patients and families
✓Commitment to collaborative, patient- and family-centered care
✓Eligibility for prescriptive authority
✓Telemedicine is a component of this role.
Pediatric Hematology/Oncology APP experience preferred
Pediatric and/or Oncology RN experience preferred
