✓(PHARM INT) PHARMACY INTERN Registration with Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) as a Pharmacist intern and
Certifications
✓STERILE COMPOUNDING (IV) CERT Sterile compounding (IV) certification accredited by ACPE required in Sterile & Hazardous Compounding and Investigational Drug Services only and
✓(BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) is required
✓(PTCB) CERT COMPND STERILE PREP TECHN National certification
Education
✓High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
✓4 years of experience as a pharmacy technician, and
✓2 years in a specialized area
