Sentara Medical Group is seeking a Flex/PRN Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider to join its Inpatient Behavioral Health team at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital, a 276 bed hospital with a 26 bed Behavioral Health Unit. Requirements for this position include Virginia-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, and a current, unrestricted DEA license. Candidates must have the ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.
The base pay range for full-time employment is $107,785.60 - $312,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
