✓Washington Pharmacist License upon hire
Completion of an accredited pharmacy residency and/or Board Certification or actively working toward Board Certification preferred
Education
✓Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy -OR- PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy

About the role
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for assessing patient specific medications and clinical data in order to evaluate & monitor for safety, efficacy and pharmaco-economic optimization opportunities. In this role, the pharmacist may administer medications, monitors clinical data, educates patients, and provides general drug information to the healthcare team.
