Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent required.
✓Successful completion of a clinical training program.
✓Maintain required competencies and complete all mandatory coursework within established timeframes.
Qualifications
✓Six (6) months of phlebotomy or clinical laboratory experience required
✓Must successfully complete applicable facility competencies, including checklists, written examinations, management observations, and other competency assessments.
✓Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
✓Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
✓Basic computer proficiency and data management skills.
✓Complete a minimum of eight (8) continuing education units annually.
✓Faith-based mission-driven culture
Previous experience in anatomic pathology, laboratory services, specimen processing, or healthcare support environments. preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced hospital laboratory setting. preferred
Knowledge of laboratory information systems and electronic medical records. preferred
