Certifications
✓Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.A.T.) or Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.A.T.T.) preferred or obtained within the required timeframe if applicable.
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Education
✓High school diploma or GED.
✓Graduate of an accredited Anesthesia Technician program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
✓Minimum two years of anesthesia technician experience in an acute care hospital.
✓Experience supporting operating room anesthesia services.
Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or academic medical center. preferred
Experience supporting multiple surgical specialties. preferred
Strong troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills. preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. preferred
