✓Current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, need to log in to Workday via MyApps.
✓Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, finance, accounting or related field plus ten (10) years of management experience with progressive responsibilitiy, including supervisory experience required.
Master’s or Terminal degree in business administration, health care administration, finance, accounting, legal or related. preferred
Qualifications
✓Knowledge in finance, budgeting, and accounting.
✓Knowledge of institutional and departmental business and financial processes.
✓Ability to address problems and/or coordinate resolution with the appropriate campus resources.
✓Knowledge of recruiting, personnel management, and faculty promotion and tenure processes.
✓Ability to manage a diverse group of professional and administrative staff.
