Role Overview As an Assistant Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and directing patient care services within our department. You will support the Director/Nurse Manager by assisting in budget management, quality improvement programs, staffing, regulatory compliance, and policy development.

Plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department. Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets, quality improvement programs, and staffing levels. Support the establishment and achievement of departmental goals, objectives, and regulatory compliance.

Two years of RN experience. Current RN license in the State of Michigan. BCLS/ACLS certification per unit standards.
