✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification.
Certifications
Hospice and Palliative Nursing certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain within 1 year
Education
✓Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Qualifications
✓Three years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Home Health and/or Hospice/Palliative care; Two years progressive leadership/supervisory experience. Consideration may be given for a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired
✓Demonstrate and apply working knowledge of hospice/home health regulations, standards of practice, and clinical workflows to promote compliance, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes
✓Maintain productivity and quality of work while managing frequent interruptions and multiple concurrent responsibilities
✓Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills when interacting with staff, leadership, patients, and interdisciplinary partners.
