You’ll need
Licensure
✓Hold a current Vermont Nursing Assistant License
Qualifications
✓Have a passion for helping others and making a positive impact
✓Are compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
✓Thrive in a collaborative team environment
✓Have one year or more of LNA experience
Previous home health, hospice, or facility-based care experience preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively teach and support clients and families preferred
Excellent observation and reporting abilities preferred
Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations preferred
