Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Qualifications
✓3 years of project management or closely related experience leading cross‑functional work.
✓Proven ability to work independently under general supervision and tackle difficult problems using broader business context.
✓Strong communication and influence skills; ability to partner with executives and cross‑functional teams.
✓Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project/Smartsheet), collaboration tools (Teams/SharePoint), and reporting (e.g., Excel/Power BI).
✓Budget/resource planning, vendor/SOW coordination, and disciplined risk/issue/change management.
✓High emotional intelligence and relationship building; strong research and strategic analysis.
5 years of project management or closely related experience leading cross‑functional work. preferred
Experience in healthcare environments; experience operating within a PMO. preferred
Knowledge of healthcare work processes and regulatory considerations. preferred
PMP - Project Management Professional - Project Management Institute preferred
