The Assistant Director of Dialysis is responsible for the optimal overall functioning of Dialysis Services and staff. This position will serve as the Facility Administrator. Must have Dialysis experience.
Due to the nature of this position, you must be able to work in the Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis areas, so a nursing degree is required. The assistant director manages all patient care activities. Seeks to guide and maintain department goals and objectives and for contributing toward meeting the goals and objectives of the hospital.
