✓Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral health diagnoses in a community support setting.
✓Must have valid driver's license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.
✓Knowledge and understanding of the characteristics of individuals with mental health issues, their families, and family systems.
✓Ability to provide leadership and supervision.
✓Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, including ability to use Microsoft Excel, with capability in interpreting reports.
✓Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
✓Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.
✓Skilled in crisis assessment, risk management, and de-escalation.
✓Ability to maintain professionalism and calm demeanor during emergencies.
✓Knowledge of community resources.
✓Proficiency in documentation and electronic record-keeping systems, including ability to document in electronic medical records.
✓Capable of working collaboratively with community partners and in a team environment.
✓Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

About the role

Nurse ACT I Engagement & Diversion Team supports daily operations for their team, including staff supervision, scheduling, performance monitoring, and compliance with program and regulatory standards to ensure continuity and quality of care. This includes providing leadership and performing direct service duties when applicable.
