DayUp to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus * For Eligible CandidatesUp to $15,000 Relocation Bonus * For Eligible CandidatesPrepares the unit for audits and surveys, by monitoring and maintaining unit compliance with regulatory standards, accrediting, hospital policies while coordinating staff education to maintain competencies and preparedness. Manages nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care.

Provides ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency levels. Promotes evidence-based practice, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning. Conducts regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns and provide guidance.

Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing service programs to ensure quality nursing and patient care. Other duties as assigned. Manages budgets and resources efficiently to meet financial and operational goals.

Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions. Demonstrates critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations. Fosters a culture of psychological safety, where the team members feel supported, valued, empowered to speak up, share concerns, and contribute meaningfully.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Possess a broad nursing knowledge, leadership ability, accepts responsibility, exercises authority, and functions independently.
