About the role

As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you'll partner closely with the Nurse Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a high-performing Intensive Care Unit. In this leadership role, you'll help foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, accountability, and compassionate patient care while serving as a mentor and resource for nursing staff.

What you’ll do
Support the Nurse ManagerSupport the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily ICU operations, staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
Assist with recruiting, hiringAssist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining a high-performing nursing team
