Assistant Property Manager

Job OverviewEbenezer is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our senior independent living team at Spero Lakeville in Lakeville, MN! This position will be responsible, under the supervision of the Property Manager, to assist in the daily administration of the Condominium focusing on administrative/office duties and meeting the needs of the Condominium OwnersThis assistant property manager schedule includes;80 hours every two weeksFull time; Day shiftNo weekendsOn-call 24/7 for the communityResponsibilities:Serves as a support for the Property Manager in assisting with daily administration of the CondominiumServes as point of contact for residentsCoordinates with committees on current projectsMaintains professional and accurate documentation of Resident’s, Committee’s and general building filesDevelops the Monthly Calendar, prepares newsletter articles and flyersPerforms other duties required by the specific needs of the propertyRequired

One to three years previous experience with property managementWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word, e-mail, and office equipment.
