Licensure
✓Current Registered Nursing license permitting work in the state of Arizona.
Certifications
Membership in American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) preferred.
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in nursing required. Master's degree in nursing or related field required.
Qualifications
✓Five ( 5) years of experience in management and supervisory nursing role; most recent three (3) of the last five (5) years of leadership must have been in a direct leadership role in a hospital setting or direct patient care environment.
✓Strategic; forward thinking in setting clinical and business direction.
✓Able to manage effectively in a high stress, high volume environment, including management of crisis situations as well as identifying and ensuring on-going execution of top priorities.
✓Proven track record of achieving measurable improvements in key metrics such as customer satisfaction and quality.
✓Seasoned people management skills including engaging employees, managing performance, and developing talent.
✓Able to build influential relationships with all key stakeholders (patients, physicians, regulators, community leaders, etc.)
✓Effective written and verbal communications even under difficult situations; “think on your feet.”
✓Integrity and adherence to standards regarding sensitive data and confidential information.
