Provide clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level. Assist with unit through put and day to day operations. Support educational opportunities for team members.

Partner with unit leaders on new initiatives for patient care. Serve as a clinical resource to team members. What We're Looking ForEducation: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.

BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.

Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.

NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications. Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
