You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensed as an athletic trainer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Certifications
✓Certified as an athletic trainer by the Board of Certification (BOC).
✓Course must include following areas: adult & pediatric CPR, AED, airway obstruction, 2nd rescuer CPR and barrier devices (e.g., pocket mask, bag valve mask).
✓Proof of course completion must be presented within 30 days of hire.
Education
✓Minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Art degree.
Qualifications
✓Emergency Cardiac Care based on AHA standards including both didactic and skills demonstrations.
✓Act 114 PDE FBI Clearance
✓Act 168
✓Act 33 with renewal
✓Act 34 with renewal

Conduct evaluations, create careConduct evaluations, create care plans, and choose appropriate treatments and rehabilitation methods
Maintain and submit necessaryMaintain and submit necessary documentation for incidents
