✓Must possess active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or be eligible for registration.
Certifications
✓BLS or ACLS required.
Education
✓Completion of three year post graduate medical training from a U.S. accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Qualifications
✓Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or foreign equivalent
✓Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll.
✓Must possess strong communication skills both oral and written.
✓Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and Microsoft Office
✓Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
✓MD (required)
Seeking both experienced and newly trained providers but someone with 3 plus years' experience is preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Three (3) years of experience working with a community clinic is highly desirable. preferred
Established leadership skills. preferred
