Licensure
✓An unrestricted license in the state of Georgia (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
Certifications
✓Completion of necessary requirements, based on licensure, in order to provide clinical supervision to Master’s level interns and associate clinicians
✓BLS or PALS certification.
Education
✓Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited university
Qualifications
✓3 years of mental health licensed experience with providing intake evaluations and regularly scheduled therapy services for children and adolescents within a medical setting or behavioral mental health facility
✓2 years of experience providing individual and group clinical supervision
✓Strong interpersonal skills with patients, teammate, and leadership
✓Knowledge of evidence-based age-appropriate treatment and practice
✓Ability to work as part of interdisciplinary team
✓Ability to remain calm and manage verbal/physical responses in stressful situations
✓Flexibility to adapt to changes in behavioral mental programs and procedures
✓Developed cultural humility and ability to work with diverse populations
✓Excellent written and oral communication skills
✓Developed skills in coordination, delegation, and team collaboration
Experience with Unified protocol, CBT, ACT, DBT, TF-CBT, PCIT, and/or Solution-Focused Therapy preferred
Experience with children & adolescents with co-occurring medical issues preferred
Leadership experience preferred
