✓Completion of Bilingual Competency Test required within 6 months of hire.
Certifications
✓Completion of Community Health Worker Certification required within 12 months of hire.
Education
✓Bachelor's or associate degree in health and/or human services or related field preferred. High School diploma or GED required.
✓Any years of experience in healthcare or human services preferred (but not required) with a bachelors degree.
