OverviewMaimonides currently seeks a Business Analyst to be responsible for assisting in the development and oversight of all financial aspects and the budgets for all facilities and departments managed therein.

ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Develop financial reports and analytics to track cost-saving initiatives and budgetary performance. Oversee accounts payable/receivable, including vendor reconciliations. Maintain professional service standards and adhere to all institutional compliance and conflict-of-interest policies.

Manage and processing of RequisitionsWork directly with AVP to generate and maintain budgets for the department QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in related field.2 years’ related accounting or finance work

financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, requisitioning and purchasing, working knowledge of construction operations and facilities operations. Familiarity with Peoplesoft Finance and GHX database PreferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to detailAbility to supervise, train, evaluate, and provide guidance to all divisional finance staff.
