Certifications
Certifications in Salesforce, SQL, or data analytics are a plus. preferred
Education
✓Current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, need to log in to Workday via MyApps.
✓Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics or related field plus two (2) years of experience in data analysis, database management, reporting development, or business intelligence, or
✓High School diploma/GED plus six (6) years of experience in data analysis, database management, reporting development, or business intelligence required.
Qualifications
✓Must have working experience in at least two or more of the following: SQL, Data Warehousing, Semantic Data Models, and/or Epic Clarity.
✓At least one year of experience in a client-facing role providing technical solutions.
✓Proficiency in SQL and ETL tools.
✓Experience with Salesforce CRM reporting and dashboard development.
✓Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and database structures.
✓Familiarity with data integration processes and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
✓Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
✓Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
✓Knowledge of vector databases or graph databases is a bonus but not required.
