As Manager, you will be responsible for the management of assigned cross-departmental and/or enterprise-wide projects. In addition, you will provide operational and strategic leadership to all personnel assigned to designated projects, manage operational issues affecting project implementation, and ensure effective integration of organization strategy, people, technology, and business processes. We are looking for someone with outstanding organizational and leadership skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Four (4) years of progressive experience in a position with varied business and customer service functions.
Master’s Degree. Leadership experience in a clinic or health care environment. Project management experience.
