Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretationManage patients with arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation, SVT, and ventricular arrhythmiasAssist in the coordination and management of EP procedures (e.g., ablations, device implantation, loop recorders)Provide pre- and post-procedural care and education for EP patientsAdjust medications including antiarrhythmics and anticoagulation therapiesCollaborate with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and care teams to develop treatment plansParticipate in inpatient consults, rounding, and outpatient follow-up visitsEnsure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with AdventHealth standardsQualifications:Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited programCurrent Florida APRN license and national certification (ANCC/AANP)BLS and ACLS certification requiredElectrophysiology or cardiology experience required Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryOccurrence-based malpractice403(b) with 100% match up to 8%501c3 organization, PSLF eligibleEligible for benefits on day 1Pay Range:$92,227.20 - $171,537.60Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
