You’ll need
Education
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Qualifications
✓Must complete ImPULSE Course and pass associated module exams within 3 attempts with a score of 80%, or higher within two weeks of initial start date.
✓Must have the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment.
✓Exemplary communication, telephone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
✓Must possess analytical skills to gather and interpret routine data.
✓Must be capable of continuous monitoring of patients, remaining alert at all times while on duty.
✓Working knowledge of Windows office systems and all office equipment.
