Graduate of a school of Sonography and completed required clinical hours OR received on the job training by a Preceptor who is registered in Cardiac ultrasound.

no experience required. Certification: ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI(RCS) or registry eligible (must obtain registry within 6 months of eligibility); Basic Life Support (BLS);

State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. Advanced Cardiac Sonographer:

Graduate of a school of Sonography and completed required clinical hours OR received on the job training by a Preceptor who is registered in Cardiac ultrasound.

1+ years of relevant experience. Certification: ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI(RCS); Basic Life Support (BLS).

State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. Senior Cardiac Sonographer:

Graduate of a school of Sonography and completed required clinical hours OR received on the job training by a Preceptor who is registered in Cardiac ultrasound.

2+ years of relevant experience. Certification: ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI(RCS); Basic Life Support (BLS).
