Advanced Practice Provider – Cardiac Surgery – PRN - Atlanta Piedmont Heart Institute is recruiting for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the cardiac surgery team providing excellent patient care to our surgical patients. You will be joining a team of thirteen advanced practice providers and solely focus on cardiac surgery. This is a PRN opportunity working shifts as needed.

Responsibilities In this role you will: Round on postop patients Provide office consults one day per week with a designated surgeon EVH and chest closure in the OR Thoracentesis and chest tube insertion and care Provide care to LVAD patients Piedmont Benefits include: Comprehensive compensation and benefits package CME allowance Quality, Service and Reputation Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of cardiac surgery/EVH experience.
