Care Experience Manager (CEM) Aveanna Healthcare | North Office Build Relationships. Lead with Initiative. Grow Your Career.

At Aveanna Healthcare , we believe every client deserves the opportunity to live their best life at home. We provide compassionate, high-quality home care to medically fragile individuals, and our teams play a critical role in making that possible. We’re looking for a self-motivated, relationship-driven Care Experience Manager (CEM) to join our North office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives with independence, takes ownership of their work, and is ready to make a meaningful impact on clients, caregivers, and overall branch success. Working independently in the office, you’ll have the opportunity to take initiative, solve problems, build strong relationships, and help drive the success of your location. For the right person, this role also offers a pathway to future leadership and Director-level opportunities.

Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Autonomy and ownership: Take the lead in managing daily priorities and driving results. Career advancement: Develop your leadership skills with potential for future Director-level growth. Meaningful impact: Help ensure clients receive consistent, quality care in the comfort of their homes.

Relationship-focused work: Build lasting connections with clients, families, and caregivers. Work-life balance: Participate in a paid, phone-based on-call rotation approximately once every two weeks. Collaborative support: Partner with clinical, recruiting, and operational teams to achieve shared goals.

Purpose-driven mission: Make a difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. What You’ll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers, promoting a positive care experience through proactive communication and follow-through. Take ownership of caregiver scheduling, staffing coordination, and client needs to support consistent care delivery.

Partner with clinical and recruiting teams to coordinate new patient referrals, caregiver onboarding, and staffing needs. Build and maintain strong caregiver relationships, supporting engagement, performance, and retention. Independently manage daily office responsibilities, prioritize competing demands, and address challenges with sound judgment.

Identify potential issues before they escalate and take initiative to develop practical solutions. Monitor schedules, documentation, and operational information to support branch performance and service quality. Contribute to a positive team culture while helping drive operational goals and continuous improvement.

Participate in a paid, phone-based on-call rotation approximately once every four weeks. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience. At least two years of experience in sales, customer service, operations, recruiting, or another fast-paced, people-focused environment.

A self-starter who is comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and taking accountability for results. Strong leadership potential, including the ability to influence others, make thoughtful decisions, and navigate challenging situations. Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the confidence to take initiative without needing constant direction. Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and processes. A genuine interest in developing professionally and taking on increasing levels of responsibility.

Healthcare or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. We’re interested in candidates with the right mindset, transferable skills, and potential to grow into leadership. Who Will Thrive in This Role?

You’re someone who enjoys having ownership over your work, takes initiative when challenges arise, and understands how to balance relationship-building with accountability. You’re comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader team, and you see opportunities to improve processes rather than simply maintaining the status quo. You may already have leadership experience, or you may be ready to take the next step in your career.

Either way, you’re motivated to grow, contribute to branch success, and build the skills needed for future leadership opportunities. Travel Requirements Minimal local travel may be required for meetings, patient visits, or training. Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re looking for more than a traditional office role — an opportunity to take ownership, develop as a leader, and make a meaningful difference — we’d love to hear from you! Join Aveanna Healthcare and help us create exceptional experiences for the clients and caregivers who make our mission possible. Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
