Builds, installs, repairs, and adjusts all furnishings and equipment in the facility. Acoustical ceiling tile, vinyl composition tile, sheet vinyl, carpet, new walls, installs drywall, plastering, painting, vinyl wall covering, door frames, doors and hardware, office furniture systems, rubber cove base, concrete forming and placement, installs professionally plumb level square in accordance with construction standards.
Assists all departments in moving and every day maintenance of the facility. Maintains a neat and professional appearance. Works effectively with team members and all departments.
