✓As a Certified Medical Assistant in ENT/Otolaryngology, you will provide direct clinical and operational support in a busy outpatient practice.
Qualifications

✓The Fontaine ENT team serves patients with a range of otolaryngology needs in a specialty-focused environment that values efficient clinical flow, timely communication, and patient-centered service . You will collaborate closely with providers and clinical colleagues, balancing hands-on patient care
✓Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, including obtaining and documenting appropriate clinical information.
✓Measure and record vital signs, update patient information, and communicate relevant findings to the clinical team.
✓Prepare examination and treatment areas with the supplies and equipment needed for patient care.
✓Assist providers during examinations, treatments, and office-based procedures.
✓Support the collection, handling, and processing of specimens and diagnostic testing as assigned.
✓Administer medications, injections, or other treatments as directed and within applicable scope.
✓Clean, disinfect, and prepare clinical instruments and equipment in accordance with established standards.
✓Provide patients with instructions and reinforce education directed by the care team.
✓Document care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record.
✓Respond to patient needs, coordinate with team members, and help maintain safe, efficient clinic operations.
