Certified Nurse Assistant I, CNA1

As a CNA, you’ll play an important role in supporting patients with their daily needs, promoting comfort and dignity, and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Night Shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and personal careObtain and document vital signs and other patient informationMonitor and record intake and output as directedSupport patient comfort, positioning, and safetyObserve patients and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing teamAssist nursing staff with patient-care activities within your scope of practiceHelp maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient-care environmentPromote patient dignity, independence, and an exceptional patient experience What We're Looking ForEducation: High school diploma or GED required.

One year preferred. Assisted Living facilities only: One year experience working in long-term care or assisted living, requiredLicensure/certification/registration: Completion of NAI program required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required.

Medication Safety - AME required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units required. Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
