Major Tasks, Duties, And Responsibilities The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is responsible for performing treatment programs developed by the Occupational Therapist, documenting treatment, attending team meetings, and participating in continuing education. What qualifications you will need: License / Certifications /
Requires current Texas licensure (COTA), and Basic Life Support certification.
Requires graduation from an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
