Job Summary and Qualifications The Occupational Therapist Assistant evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians, and other health care members and maintains documentation of services in the medical record under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
Assumes, under the direction of the occupational therapist, responsibility for patient care, quality control, quality improvement, and equipment maintenance.
