You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current licensure with the State of Ohio Board of Nursing with Certificate of Authority and Certification with the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
✓Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
✓Registered Nurse (RN)
✓Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state.
✓Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
✓Advance Cardiac Life support and Neonatal Advanced Life Support
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia.
Qualifications
Advanced experience in the administration of anesthesia is desirable. preferred

What you’ll do
Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessmentsPerform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and accurately interpret clinical findings
Develop and implement anesthesiaDevelop and implement anesthesia plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists and proceduralists
Administer anesthesia in accordanceAdminister anesthesia in accordance with established clinical privileges and regulatory standards
Select, apply, and manageSelect, apply, and manage appropriate invasive and noninvasive monitoring techniques
Administer medications, adjunct drugsAdminister medications, adjunct drugs, blood products, and fluids necessary for anesthetic management
