You’ll need
Certifications
✓Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or NCC.
✓BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Minimum of one (1) year as a Certified Surgical Technologist. preferred
Education
High School or GED equivalent. preferred
Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program. preferred
Qualifications
✓Annually complete 15 hours of continuing education to remain qualified to practice as a surgical technologist in the State of NJ.
Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role. preferred
