Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Certified Coding Specialist (CSS), or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Preferred.
Education
✓To be considered for this opportunity, you must have Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) or equivalent experience in business, finance or health related field preferred.
Qualifications
✓You enjoy using data and analytics to identify trends, solve problems, and improve processes.
✓You have a strong understanding of revenue cycle, charge capture, or revenue integrity within an Epic environment.
✓You are comfortable analyzing complex workflows and translating findings into practical solutions.
✓You enjoy educating others and developing resources that make processes easier to understand and follow.
✓You communicate effectively with physicians, clinical teams, operational leaders, and technical partners.
✓You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of accurate documentation, charge entry, and financial reconciliation.
✓You can work independently while building strong partnerships across multiple teams.
✓You are motivated by opportunities to improve standardization, efficiency, data integrity, and financial performance.
✓Experience in charge capture, chart review, and chart auditing required.
✓Minimum of 2-5 years of financial experience required Strong knowledge of Excel and skills are essential.
