Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), or RHIA preferred
Education
✓Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required. or Law degree
Qualifications
✓experience with electronic health information systems experience with health information confidentiality management
✓At least 8-10 years of compliance, legal, financial and/or audit leadership experience in a healthcare setting, as well as demonstrated understanding of effective Corporate Compliance & Privacy programs Healthcare management experience.
✓Knowledge of state and federal healthcare law, rules, regulations, including HIPAA, Stark and Anti-Kickback statutes.
✓Ability to balance between the growth needs of the organization and the compliance requirements associated with the clinical services delivered by the organization
Experience working in Corporate Integrity Agreement, Electronic Health Information Systems, and Health Information Confidentiality Management. preferred
