Qualifications
✓Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).

✓At least 3 years of leadership experience within a physician practice group, medical group, or healthcare organization.
✓Demonstrated experience in ambulatory clinical operations, quality improvement, hospital services, and leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

About the role

The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Three Rivers Medical Center (TRMC) is a key leadership role reporting to the CEO of TRMC. The CMO is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, quality of care, physician, NP, and PA alignment, and performance. The CMO will work closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and physician leaders to ensure high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care.
