✓Master’s degree in information technology or related field
✓Bachelor’ s degree in information technology or related field and significant experience in Information Technology.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible management positions in information technology.
✓Three years of experience in technology management at senior management level, including budgeting and financial reporting.
✓Experience evaluating business requirements, technology options, operating models, costs, risks, and governance considerations. Significant organizational and management skills, specifically within a large organization.
✓Experience developing and implementing IT strategies.
✓IT project/program management experience to successfully manage small- and large-scale applications projects.
✓Experience in a complex technology environment.
✓Broad range of knowledge of IT systems, networks, telecommunications.
✓Effective leadership of highly skilled management and technical personnel in overseeing the development and implementation of technology strategy and planning.
✓Superior oral, written and communication skills.
✓Ability to operate in a highly stressful environment, demonstrating good judgment and creative/original thinking to address the demands of the business.
✓Ability to influence, motivate and provide clear direction.
✓Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain effective working relationships.
✓Skilled in overseeing multiple projects with budget responsibilities.
✓Demonstrated skill in managing operational and capital budgets.

Location: This position is eligible for hybrid-remote work, the work location will primarily be remote with with occasional meetings and events onsite at various OHSU locations. preferred
