Client Services Manager – Home Care BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Williamsport, PA office . Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your career in healthcare while making a meaningful impact on clients, families, and field employees? As a Client Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home care, managing a caseload, building community relationships, and supporting the growth of the office.
Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs. Manage and proactively grow an assigned caseload. Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring quality home care. Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support, supervision and guidance to field employees. Develop strong, collaborative relationships with office and field teams.
Monitor and manage key business and operational metrics. Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and quality standards. Support the overall growth and success of the office.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increasing responsibility. Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ambition to grow and advance within BAYADA. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
