Day shift | Full-time How you’ll make an impact in this role Operational Leadership: You manage daily staffing levels, handle admissions, and oversee case management to ensure the program meets financial and clinical targets. Staff Development: As a supervisor, you are responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, and performing regular evaluations or progressive discipline when necessary.
Clinical Integrity: You provide direct patient care when needed, lead clinical crisis situations, and review documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and third-party payer regulations.
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; some on-call required. High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
