✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation in current state within 90 days of hire
✓Board-Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist (BCSCP) credentialing from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) or ASHP Sterile Compounding Certification(s) obtained within 6 months of start date
Certifications
✓Coordinate environmental monitoring, cleaning verification, air and surface sampling programs, and certification requirements.
Education
✓Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) accredited university
Qualifications
✓Completion of a post-graduate year 2 residency (PGY2) plus a minimum of 1 year of experience providing pharmaceutical care in the relevant specialty area OR
✓Completion of a post-graduate year 1 (PGY-1) residency plus a minimum of 3 years of experience providing pharmaceutical care in the relevant specialty area OR
✓Minimum of 5 years of experience providing pharmaceutical care in the relevant specialty area
Previous leadership experience preferred.
