Clinical Dietitian -Culinary/Nutrition

The Clinical Dietitian: Provides quality medical nutrition therapy to a variety of patients, including nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention, evaluation, education, and monitoring. Communicates effectively with other health care professionals. Serves as preceptor/mentor for dietetic interns and department staff.
