What You’ll Need· High School Diploma or equivalent is required. (Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency is required. CLIAFE)· Six (6) months experience as a phlebotomist or completion of a one semester course in phlebotomy is highly preferred.· PBT(ASCP) - Phlebotomy Technician is preferred upon hire.
