Clinical Manager BAYADA Home Health Care | Willow Grove, PA BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Willow Grove Assistive Care team as a part-time Clinical Manager , with a focus on clinical education, staff training, and competency development. Facilitate quarterly dementia education and training. Provide lab skills training and clinical education for home health aides (HHAs). Conduct initial and ongoing competency assessments for new and existing staff.
Facilitate new-hire orientation and support staff development. Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and education to promote quality care and positive client outcomes. Conduct client assessments and develop care plans as needed.
Supervise and support field staff to ensure care is delivered in accordance with established standards. What You’ll Need Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. At least two years of nursing experience.
Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills. A passion for staff education, clinical training, and professional development. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
