You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current licensure (or licensure eligibility) by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy (ALBoP)*
✓Board certification
Certifications
✓Parenteral licensure/eligibility*
✓Permanent licenses will be required within 6 months of placement into position
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Qualifications
✓Working knowledge of drug therapy and disease state management
ASHP residency or fellowship preferred
Working knowledge of applicable pharmacy operations and procedures preferred
Working knowledge of practice in specialty care areas preferred
