You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current Hawaii State license as a Pharmacist.
Certifications
from accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists preferred.
Investigational Drug residency or fellowship preferred.
Education
✓Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy degree.
Qualifications
✓Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or equivalent practice experience
✓Two (2) years of experience as an inpatient pharmacist in a teaching medical center or pharmacist in a clinical research setting, including experience with investigational drug dispensing and/or protocol management or oversight.
✓Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology as related to drug usage.
✓Excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓Ability to provide education and training to all levels of the health care team.
Experience in medication dispensing and IV services preferred.
