About the role

As our Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care services to patients, working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.

Educate patients on theirEducate patients on their medications, including proper administration, potential side effects, and drug interactions
Conduct comprehensive medication reviewsConduct comprehensive medication reviews and provide MTM services to patients with chronic diseases
Participate in antimicrobial stewardshipParticipate in antimicrobial stewardship programs to promote the appropriate use of antibiotics and prevent antimicrobial resistance
Monitor for and reportMonitor for and report adverse drug reactions
